All orders are subject to product availability, and while we do our best to keep everything in stock, there are times when items may be unexpectedly unavailable. If that happens, we might need to cancel or adjust your order. If we need to make any changes, we’ll let you know right away.

Terms & Conditions

For custom made requests, our pieces are designed and crafted in Ghana. Each piece is made to fit each customer the way they desire. Due to high order volumes please allow 3-5 weeks for all orders to be made and begin shipping. Shipment delays do not qualify for refund. Please do not email us for updates on your order if estimated time has not yet elapsed. Thank you for wearing slow fashion and wearable art. We love you and appreciate your patience.

International

All customs and duty fees are the customer’s responsibility to pay. Please contact your local customs office if you have any questions regarding the duty fee for your order. Shipping costs are non-refundable, which includes returns, unclaimed or refused packages and/or failure to pay duty fees upon delivery. Please follow your tracking number for order updates. All orders are shipped through DHL.

We collect your name, email address, and billing information to process your order. This information is used to fulfill your order, communicate with you about your order, and provide customer support. We may share this information with our payment processor and shipping partner to facilitate your order. We use security measures, including encryption, to protect your data. You can contact us to request changes to your data or opt out of certain data collection practices.

Return Policy 

WE CAN ONLY ACCEPT RETURNS/ EXCHANGES FOR REASONS OF OUR FAULT, I.E. WRONG SIZE SENT, DAMAGED PRODUCT, ETC. ON UNWORN ITEMS WITH ORIGINAL TAGS AND PACKAGING.

IF YOU HAVE ANY OF THESE ISSUES ABOVE WITH YOUR ORDER, PLEASE CONTACT US WITHIN 3 DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR PACKAGE.

Refund Policy 

We can only accept returns/exchanges for reasons of our fault, i.e. wrong size sent, damaged product, etc. on unworn items with original tags and packaging. If you have any of these issues above with your order, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your package.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at johnandco1801@gmail.com.If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue an make it right.
